Any call answered by the AI receptionist counts toward your included minutes. This includes the full duration of the call from pickup to hangup. Outbound calls, missed calls, and calls that go to voicemail do not count.
We monitor usage and will reach out proactively to discuss upgrading to the right plan. There are no surprise overage charges or per-minute fees. We work with you to find the right fit.
