Sub-Account Management

Each sub-account gets its own isolated dashboard, voice agents, knowledge base, and analytics. The Founding Member plan includes 10 sub-accounts.

Creating a Sub-Account

Click Add Client in your agency dashboard

Enter the client's name, slug, and email

The sub-account is created with its own isolated workspace

Impersonation

Click Login As on any client to enter their dashboard and configure their voice agents, sources, and settings as if you were logged in as the client.

Email Notifications

Configure per-client notifications: lead alerts, missed call alerts, and weekly reports. Each can be toggled independently.

Centralized Credentials

Enter your Twilio or Telnyx API credentials once at the agency level. Credentials are encrypted and used across all sub-accounts.

Assign to Client Agents

Assign any phone number to a client voice agent with one click. Webhook URLs are auto-configured on the provider side — no manual setup needed.

View All Assignments

See all assigned phone numbers across clients in a single table. Deactivate or reassign numbers as needed.


Custom SMTP

Send emails under your agency's brand by configuring a custom SMTP provider. All lead notifications, appointment confirmations, and weekly reports will come from your domain.
